Upside-down jellyfish in Jardines de la Reina National Park, Cuba

There are eight known species of upside-down sea jellies, aka jellyfish, in the world. The species called ‘andromeda’ is found in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean. This beautiful specimen, with the indigo tentacles pointing toward the water’s surface - just like the other upside-down jellies - swims in the waters of the Jardines de la Reina National Park in Cuba.
