The city of Miami is known for its strong Cuban influence, warm weather, pristine beaches, and its great diving sites. It’s home to professional sports teams including the Miami Heat and famous landmarks like Miami Tower. The city ranks second in Florida and eleventh in the Southeastern United States in terms of population, and it’s the ninth largest metropolitan area in the United States. With over 300 skyscrapers, 58 of which exceed 491 feet in height, the city has the third largest skyline in the US.
