Sunset at Dinosaur Provincial Park, Alberta
Alberta’s Dinosaur Provincial Park is a badland landscape, similar to the Badlands in South Dakota. It’s also a hot spot for paleontologists looking to uncover the numerous dinosaur fossils found here. The park preserves not just the delicate ecosystem of the region, but educates visitors on just what kind of prehistoric creatures once roamed this place. If there’s a real Jurassic Park on Earth, this is probably as close as you can get.
