Hop on board and take a spin in the Great Wheel on Seattle’s waterfront to get a one-of-a-kind view of the Emerald City in Washington state. What’s so great about it? Well, standing just over 53 metres tall, it was the biggest Ferris wheel on the West Coast of the United States when it opened in 2012. The attraction, which extends beyond the end of the pier, has 42 climate-controlled gondolas and can hold over 300 passengers at any given time.
