Lights, camera, action!
You know it’s raining movies when the world-famous Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) is upon us. Held between September 9 to 18, this year, the scaled-down festival will proceed with in-person screenings alongside digital and outdoor screenings. Given the ongoing pandemic, attendees at the festival venues will have to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. What was originally known as the Festival of Festivals, that showcased movies from other festivals, has over the years evolved into an event featuring Hollywood, international and independent cinema alongside workshops and seminars.
