A soft, frilly tulip. A natural crowd-puller
This botanical beauty is a fringed tulip that comes in several varieties. As the name suggests, fringed tulips are flowers that sport feathery fringes on the tips of their petals. The fringes may come in the same colour as the flower or in a contrasting shade, further enhancing this flower’s ability to stand out. They can be found in a range of colours and can grow between 35-75 centimetres tall. Fringed tulips are typically planted in fertile soils and work best when exposed to sun and water. Given their showy appearance, it should come as no surprise that they draw an audience when in full bloom.
