Runners on South Kaibab Trail in the Grand Canyon, Arizona, USA
The South Kaibab Trail isn’t the easiest stroll around the Grand Canyon. But it rewards the brave with what many agree are some of the best views of the natural wonder in the US state of Arizona. The 11-kilometre trail drops nearly 5,000 feet, taking you on a spectacular journey into the canyon, but make sure to pack plenty of water as there isn't any available after you set off. You might also meet a few mules along the way.
