Fiordland National Park is the largest of the 13 national parks in New Zealand at an astounding area of 12608062121 square meters. It is located at the southwest corner of the South Island of New Zealand and is a significant part of the Te Wahipounamu World Heritage Site. A lot of people from over the world visit the Fiordland National Park annually. Kayaking and boat tours are the most famous activities of the park. Mirror lakes, the Homer Pass and the Chasm are popular stopping points. A few parts of the 2017 movie Alien: Covenant were shot in the park.
