The Crescent City Connection bridges in New Orleans, Louisiana
If you need to cross the Mississippi River to get into Orleans Parish, chances are you’ll use the bridge on US Route 90 Business, known to many as the Crescent City Connection. It’s the farthest downstream bridge on the river, so it’s used heavily for commercial traffic into and out of the city. But, like infrastructure in so many cities, it’s an iconic part of New Orleans’ identity.
