Goli Soda, anyone?. A goli to fight the summer heat
Probably not as popular as it used to be a few decades ago, the Goli Soda is still a favourite among many a thirsty Indian during summer. For those who haven’t heard of it, it is an aerated refreshment, bottled and sealed with a marble on top. You pop the marble down to ‘open’ the bottle. Sometimes served with a dash of lemon juice. Goli, anyone?
