With its pearly-white sands and sapphire-blue waters, Lucky Bay at Cape Le Grand National Park is a popular itinerary point for tourists in Western Australia. But as we see here, the locals are also keen to strike a beach pose for the camera now and then. The western grey kangaroo is one of four kangaroo varieties. You'll find all four enjoying beaches across Australia, but the western grey—a large species that can stand over 4 feet tall—is the only one native to Cape Le Grand. If you wander into one of these big critters while walking the beach, by all means snap a photo, but keep a healthy distance. Kanga kicks pack a wallop!
