Bora Bora in the Leeward Islands of French Polynesia
French Polynesia is a sort of geographic nesting doll of islands in the South Pacific Ocean. Bora Bora is one of the five Leeward Islands, which is part of the larger Society Islands group, which is included in the larger collection of islands and reefs that make up French Polynesia. Like Tahiti, Bora Bora thrives on tourism. One look out the window this cold January and we’re wishing we could climb into this image and stay a while.
