Everyone loves a good laugh, but did you know that laughing also has great health benefits? Get ready to laugh it up today, because it’s World Laughter Day, celebrated every first Sunday in May. This holiday is intended to increase public knowledge of the benefits of laughing for both physical and emotional health.
