Even on a chilly day in Glasgow, temperatures in the Kibble Palace Glasshouse are warm enough to keep the plants inside green and healthy. Outside the greenhouse, the park offers 148 acres of nature to the residents of Scotland’s largest city. And not far from the glasshouse area is the flagpole at the top of a hill. On clear days, the view goes far beyond the city to include glimpses of the mountains in the Highlands to the north.
