Freshwater diving capital. Tobermory, Ontario
Tobermory, located at the top of the Bruce Peninsula, is a lakeside town surrounded by crystal blue water, the spectacular Niagara Escarpment, and Flowerpot Island, as well as two national parks. The Niagara Escarpment's towering cliffs provide as a backdrop to some of nature's most stunning panoramas. The Bruce Trail provides visitors with some of the greatest hiking opportunities on the Peninsula. This lovely village is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, lighthouses, and shipwrecks. While the little town itself may be visited in a few of hours, the sights and activities for which it serves as a centre can keep you busy for at least a few days.
