A getaway from the hustle and bustle of metropolitan Vancouver – we’re in Tofino today. Known for its magnificent beaches, lush hiking trails and a tranquil coastline that overlooks the Pacific Ocean, Tofino is a popular destination for visitors all-year-round. Among the numerous outdoor activities offered here, Tofino is world renowned for whale watching. Between March and October, humpback whales, pacific gray whales and transient orcas can be spotted in the waters here as they make the migration from their winter habitats in Mexico and Hawaii over towards Alaska in the north.
