Info. Saut de Brot stone bridge, Areuse Gorge, Switzerland
This stone bridge, known as Saut de Brot, looks like it’s from a storybook, but it serves a very practical purpose. The bridge connects walking trails on each side of the Areuse Gorge, offering safe passage to hikers exploring the Brot-Dessous area in western Switzerland, a mostly French-speaking region of this multilingual country. It's not known when the bridge was built exactly, but it's thought to be a recent construction.
