While Norway is famous for them, fjords are formed in many places around the world when glacial ice carves deep valleys on the coastline. Here in Kenai Fjords National Park, the Cove of Spires is just one of the dramatic glacial landscapes that you can experience. Located near the town of Seward in Alaska, the US national park is home to 38 glaciers which cover over half of the area in ice – though climate change has reduced that drastically over recent decades.
