The main draw for humans here at Nangudga Lake is the intermittent channel that flows between the lake and the ocean, which provides ample current for tubing during tidal exchanges. Plant life tends to hang out in the main body of the lake—actually a semi-salty lagoon. Algae blooms and other flora thrive in the brackish water, creating abstract patterns on the water's surface as seen from above.
