Making up more than 15% of the nation's mainland, Innlandet is the only one of Norway's counties that's landlocked. But even though it doesn't touch the sea, it's still rich in water resources like rivers and swamps. And though you can't tell from this aerial perspective, it's also abundant in flora and fauna. The waterways and wetlands here feed a rich ecosystem, with wildlife including moose, salmon, bears, and lynx.
