A splendid Thai sky
Just up the coast from Phuket, Phang Nga province is best known for the karst sea stacks that dot its southeastern coast along Phang Nga Bay. But as this pic proves, there's nothing wrong with the view to the west either. At low tide, it's possible to walk out to Khao Lak Lighthouse for a panoramic view over mirrorlike tidepools and the open Andaman Sea. The scene is even sweeter when sunset and the tides coincide, capping off another day of tropical splendor.
