Corral del Risco is a rugged stretch of coastline near Punta de Mita, a resort town on Mexico's Pacific coast. This aerial view captures the raw beauty of the shoreline, where waves crash against boulders smoothed by centuries of erosion. The area is part of the Riviera Nayarit, a region known for its biodiversity, luxury resorts, and traditional fishing villages. The rock piles here are remnants of ancient lava flows, and the surrounding waters are rich with marine life, making this a popular area for snorkeling and diving. If you'd rather stay on dry land, Punta de Mita itself sits on a peninsula that offers panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the Marietas Islands.
