Celebrating art in the city. Nuit Blanche Toronto
Nuit Blanche (White Night) has become one of Toronto's most colourful social events - but only from sunrise to sunset. The all-night art event is modelled after similar glittering festivals such as Paris' original Nuit Blanche in 2001, which inspired a new generation of gatherings in Canada and over a hundred other cities worldwide. The overnight event features more than 150 artworks by local, national and international artists. Featured here is the art installation, ‘breath of life’ by Floria Sigismondi from Nuit Blanche in 2016.
