Sunset at Dinosaur Provincial Park, Alberta, Canada
Alberta’s Dinosaur Provincial Park is a badland landscape, like the Badlands in South Dakota. It’s also a hot spot for paleontologists looking to uncover the numerous dinosaur fossils found here. The park not only preserves the delicate ecosystem of the region, but also educates visitors on the types of prehistoric creatures that once roamed this place. If there’s a real Jurassic Park on Earth, this is probably as close as it gets.
