An extra hour of sleep. Resting up for winter
Like our homepage grizzly cub, we can all enjoy a bit of extra snooze time today. This morning, for those reading this after 2am, the UK’s clocks went back by an hour – gifting us an extra 60 minutes in bed. As British Summer Time ends and we ‘fall back’ for winter, we’ll have lighter mornings to look forward to, but darker evenings for the next five months, until the clocks ‘spring forward’ again. So double check you’re on the right time for any appointments today, don’t forget to wind back any clocks that need it and get ready for shorter days and winter weather. At least you’ll be well rested.
