Pool with a view. Summer winds down in Australia
We’re still coming out of a long winter here in the UK so let’s warm up a bit with this bird’s eye view of swimmers enjoying a dip in Bronte Baths, a seaside pool in a suburb of Sydney. Here you can cool off while enjoying stunning beachside views and listening to the waves crash against the rocks outside.
There are 35 ocean pools along Sydney’s coastline alone - said to be more than any other city in the world. These picturesque spots provide sheltered areas for swimming in places where rocky shorelines, unpredictable currents and occasional shark attacks can make ocean swimming more difficult or dangerous.
