This buddha statue lies in the Garden of Silence, a meditative place at the end of Sukhna lake in Chandigarh. Financed by the Ministry of Tourism, the seated buddha statue is located among beautiful concentric stairs. The place has quickly become a favourite among the residents of Chandigarh city, especially with those who are into meditation. Given the lush surroundings and the serenity of the lake nearby, this is the perfect place to close your eyes and be one with nature.
