Buachaille Etive Mor is an iconic mountain in the Scottish Highlands. Known in Gaelic as the Great Herdsman of Etive, the pyramid-shaped mountain is visible from the A82 road when travelling towards the scenic Glen Coe, one of Scotland's most famous and romantic glens. The Buachaille is popular with climbers and forms a ridge combined with four peaks stretching nearly five miles, with the highest peak, Stob Dearg, topping 1,020 metres.
