2. Go to the Download folder on your device and open one picture you want to set.
3. Touch the“More" button icon and select "Set as wallpaper".

Alternative way.

1. After download stock wallpaper, Add a picture to the "Photos" on your device.
2. Go to "Settings" > "Wallpapers" >“Local photos”> choose an image and then set it as wallpaper.
