With its cream-colored head and shoulders, and dark brown lower body, this fluffy white-faced capuchin has a look that's not unlike your foamy cappuccino. The similar naming is no coincidence, as both are named for the Capuchin order of friars who wear distinctive coffee-colored robes. As far as monkeys go, the term encompasses dozens of New World species and subspecies across two genera, all native to Central and South America.
