Da Lat, Vietnam, has been dubbed the 'City in the Fog' or 'City of Eternal Spring' for the mists that shelter its valleys all year long. Serene scenes like this may be Da Lat's hallmark, but compared to much of the Central Highlands, it's the big city. The most populous place in the landlocked region, it's a major hub for growing food crops and flowers and shipping them throughout the nation—and even internationally, as the coveted coffee beans cultivated here gain ground in the global market.
