A wise flyer

Eyes transfixed as it zeroes in on its miniscule prey, this bird may appear bulky, but it's as aerodynamic as any other raptor. Though they may be the world's largest owls by body length, great grey owls are really featherweights. Their burly look is a fluffy bluff, owing to the thick coat of feathers covering the bird's slender body. However, for the forest rodents it hunts, it is fearsome whatever its true size, using its keen ears to target prey like a radar before swooping in for a scurrying snack.
