Bali's persistent sunshine has to start somewhere. Why not ease into a day of swimming, surfing, or snorkeling with a gentle sunrise on a quiet beach? Here on Nusa Penida—an island in Indonesia's Bali province that's many times smaller than the main island—you might even get a nice swath of seashore to yourself.
