Not so secret

The fact that it's displayed on your desktop suggests the secret's more than out for Secret Cove. It might have been inevitable: Just a rocky scramble and small patch of foliage sets it apart from the popular (and yes, big) Big Beach in Makena State Park. More traditionally called Pa'ako Beach, this west-facing spot near Maui's southern tip is a great place to watch sunsets sizzle over Kaho'olawe, the smallest main island of Hawaii.
