Stroller coaster?

The tracks of a roller coaster aren't usually the ideal setting for a casual walk, but this elegant tangle of German metalwork is an exception. Fitted with steps rather than rails, the installation known as Tiger and Turtle—Magic Mountain boasts no cars or trains, so visitors can walk the whole winding, 68-foot-tall 'coaster.' Well, most of it: The vertical loop is just for show, decorating the horizon from its high hilltop above the steel town of Duisburg.
