Astronaut Terry Virts takes a selfie in space

In March 2015, US astronaut Terry Virts was orbiting the Earth in the International Space Station. He and fellow space traveller Barry ‘Butch’ Wilmore were aboard the orbiting craft to make some repairs. And who among us could resist the opportunity to take a ‘space selfie’ while tumbling around in space, 402 kilometres above terra firma? Not Virts. While out on a space walk to conduct his work, Virts sent this photo out on social media. Kind of makes those road-trip photos we posted last summer seem like amateur-level stuff.
