Beach near Tofino, Vancouver Island, Canada

You can’t work on your tan here at the beach in Tofino this time of year, but it’s supposed to be a good spot for storm-watching. As spring warms things up here on the western coast of Vancouver Island, the town of Tofino will fill with tourists coming to surf, bird-watch and kayak, or just to enjoy some relaxed island living.
