A starry night!. Gros Morne National Park
A natural wonder of Canada, Gros Morne National Park can be found on the west coast of Newfoundland. Recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987, this park offers a diverse landscape filled with fjords, forests and mountains. Hikers travel here from around the world to hike the Long Range Mountains, which are renowned for their majestic cliffs and impressive display of tectonic forces. Following this boardwalk from the coast will take you to Western Brook Pond, a 16 kilometre-long freshwater fjord carved out by glaciers. Bring a camera to capture the breathtaking scenery and wildlife, though take care while on foot, as the park has a thriving moose population.
