King penguins at St. Andrews Bay, South Georgia
Waiting for their photo session, these king penguins seem as blasé as fashion models. Given that St. Andrews Bay is famous for its large breeding colonies of king penguins, the flightless marine birds are probably used to photographers and documentary crews creeping carefully around the beach, hoping to capture just the right image, perhaps one to celebrate today: World Photography Day.
