National Forest Week. Colours of autumn
In honour of National Forest Week, we are taking in the beauty of Parc National du Mont-Saint-Bruno. Given its proximity to the city of Montreal, this park provides a great escape into nature. With five lakes, an orchard and loads of walking trails, visitors can truly immerse themselves in flora and fauna. Amongst the hundreds of species of flowers, plants and trees blooming here, you may very likely stumble upon the maple leaf as pictured. A symbolic emblem for Canada, the maple leaf adorns the Canadian flag as well as the Royal Coat of Arms of Canada.
